President Donald Trump is going to hold another rally in New Hampshire, after the one in Tulsa was lower-than expected but still over 6997 more people than Joe Biden's rally, who is also running for president in 2020.
Some people (lean dem.) continue to fear about the virus before entering these rallies. According to health officials, there was a coronavirus surge in Tulsa, however there have been increasing cases and surges around the country, so nothing that would link directly to Trump's rally.
